Coteaux du Layon “Les Greffiers”

A botrytized white wine stemming from a selected plot of vineyard, the Clos des Greffiers, vinified in the great vintage years, it combines strength and a delicate taste. The “Greffiers”cuvée , harvested on the thus named Coteaux, is vinified separately in barrels. For the aperitif, with a fried foie gras escalope.
